With Reservations you can find your parking spot before you go. Open the PayByPhone app to the Reservations option, enter your destination, and browse available garages and lots nearby. You can see prices, hours, and facility details all in one place, then reserve your space and get instant confirmation with entry instructions.

When you arrive, follow the entry instructions in the parking pass you received at booking. Your booking details and receipt are saved in your account automatically, which also makes it straightforward if you are claiming parking expenses.

Reservations is now live statewide across Florida, Massachusetts, and Colorado, covering a wide range of cities, neighborhoods, and destinations in each state.
