How does AutoPay work?

Opt-in to AutoPay

Opt-in to AutoPay in your PayByPhone account, enabling licence plate recognition by the Operator’s ANPR system.

Park and enjoy your day

Upon entering an AutoPay-enabled garage, the gate opens automatically.

Drive away

On exit, the gate opens automatically. Parking is calculated, and payment is processed automatically via the app.

Pay on Exit

Open the app when you are ready to leave and pay only for the time you parked. The whole thing is handled from your phone.

Drive away

At ticketed locations there is no need to line up at the pay station. Take your ticket on the way in, and when you are ready to leave, scan it in the PayByPhone app to pay for the time you parked. Your receipts are saved in your account, which helps if you are claiming expenses.

When you are ready to leave, open PayByPhone, choose your location, and scan your ticket. Pay with your usual payment method, for only the time you parked.

Insert your ticket at the exit barrier and go. Your receipt is waiting in the app.
