Jonny joined PayByPhone in 2018 from the BMW Group, where he spent 12 years in senior management roles. He spearheaded the UK Digital and Innovation Programs and pioneered the birth of the award-winning BMW Innovation Lab. At PayByPhone, Jonny leverages his inclusive and engaging leadership style to drive a winning team mindset globally. Before being appointed CEO in 2022, Jonny led PayByPhone’s expanding Corporate portfolio in North America and Europe, and was UK CEO from 2018 to 2022, driving massive growth in the market. Jonny is passionate about how PayByPhone and parking fit into the wider technology ecosystem.

As PayByPhone’s CFO, Nick oversees finance, legal, compliance, and administration. Nick has worked in accounting and finance since 2008 holding progressively senior leadership positions over that time. Most recently he has spent 6 years in the financial services and financial technology sectors including 2 years as Vice President, Finance at PayByPhone. Nick is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficient, scalable processes and prioritizing sustainable growth at PayByPhone. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.

As Chief Operating Officer, Anthony spearheads the development and execution of PayByPhone’s strategy across its different markets to deliver commercial success. His strategic mindset coupled with his creative problem-solving make him well-suited to oversee the day-to-day commercial aspects of the business. Anthony joined the company in 2017 and was previously Managing Director of the UK where his proven, extensive experience across sales, marketing and operations was invaluable. He sits on the British Parking Association’s Technology and Innovation Board and has been working in the automotive industry since 2004.

As Chief Product Officer, Bob leads product strategy and development at PayByPhone, shaping the platform's evolution across parking payments and adjacent mobility services. Bob joined PayByPhone in 2026 with more than 10 years of experience in the parking and mobility industry, delivering solutions for cities, universities, and private operators across North America. Most recently, he served as Head of Product for a private equity-backed services company, where he led product across multiple business lines, launching new verticals and driving the company's commercial and digital transformation. Bob is passionate about the role parking plays in the future of the curb and urban mobility.

As Managing Director, North America, Carmen leads the commercial team responsible for revenue growth and retention across PayByPhone’s North American markets, overseeing sales, account management, partnerships, and bids. Carmen joined the company in 2019 and previously served as Vice President of Sales, following 11 years with a hardware and payments company in the parking industry. Carmen serves on the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) Board of Directors, now as Treasurer after several years as a board member, and is an active contributor to the industry. Carmen is passionate about individual professional growth and development, and the performance that comes from investing in people.

Rebecca leads PayByPhone's UK Commercial function, with responsibility for local authority parking clients, fleet and B2B, off-street partnerships, and the growing National Parking Platform (NPP) portfolio. She joined PayByPhone in 2011 from PayPoint plc, then a parent company of the business, and has spent the last 15 years growing with it - holding a series of increasingly senior commercial roles before being promoted from UK Commercial Director to UK Managing Director. That long tenure gives her deep institutional knowledge of the company's commercial history, product evolution, and client base and a clear view of where the UK market is heading as parking becomes about far more than parking.

Sylvia joined PayByPhone in 2018 as Commercial Director for France and Switzerland. She now leads the France and DACH region as Managing Director. With over 20 years of experience in operations management, business development, and team leadership, Sylvia held progressively senior roles at EIFFAGE and VINCI, including 16 years as Regional Director of VINCI Park, Head of VINCI Academy, and CEO of Nice Eco Stadium. Her deep expertise in theparking industry enables her to advise cities on innovative technological solutions and drive meaningful growth across her regions.

Ryan joined PayByPhone in 2026. Based in Vancouver, he leads PayByPhone's global legal and regulatory compliance departments and supports enterprise risk management initiatives. Prior to PayByPhone, Ryan served in senior legal and compliance roles at various global payments and fintech businesses including Planet, Uber, PayPal, and Hyperwallet, drawing upon his experiences in investment management with Nutmeg and private practice with Bull, Housser & Tupper LLP. Ryan is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.

Juliana oversees executive communications for PayByPhone, shaping how the company engages with employees and stakeholders across its markets. She joined PayByPhone in 2022, after supporting senior executives in the legal sector, and has since played a central role in communicating the company's vision and achievements to its people. Strategic and intentional in her approach, Juliana frames complex topics with clarity, bringing focus to key priorities and organizational direction. She is passionate about the role communication plays in building alignment and creating a shared sense of purpose across a global organization.

Kristina joined PayByPhone in 2021 with over 20 years of experience in talent management, rewards, acquisition, and organizational design. Her diverse background - spanning global tech, finance, manufacturing, and government - has shaped her ability to deliver impactful HR strategies. At PayByPhone, she drives people-focused programs that support individual growth and business success. Known for her energy and engaging leadership style, she fosters a positive, results-driven culture. Kristina remains passionate about creating workplaces where people thrive and contribute to meaningful outcomes.
