The mobile parking app is now available at a new location on Grand Avenue
April 3, 2019, MIAMI, FLORIDA --- Miami’s favorite mobile parking app, PayByPhone, now has an additional location in the city. As of mid-March the app has been available within PPK Parking’s lot on Grand Avenue in Coconut Grove, providing a convenient payment option for those who are visiting local shops or restaurants in the area.
PayByPhone is a hassle-free solution for drivers, allowing them to pay for parking with just their smartphone. The app sends text messages automatically when a parking session expires, and also gives drivers the ability to extend their parking session without needing to run to the meter. Drivers can even begin a session without needing to register, and habitual parkers can use the “favorites” feature to save the location numbers of spots that they frequent.
“Providing drivers with a mobile payment option for parking helps ease their commute, and prevents them from having to wait in line at a payment machine,” explains Rudy Reano, President, PPK Parking. “We wanted to provide drivers who use our lot on Coconut Grove with a reliable mobile solution, so PayByPhone was an ideal choice.”
Adam Kriegel, Vice President of Sales - East, PayByPhone also spoke to the app’s popularity. “PayByPhone is well-known by the residents of Miami, and expanding the app’s availability helps create a seamless experience for them no matter where they are driving”.
