Jonny Combe
President and CEO
Jonny joined PayByPhone in 2018 from the BMW Group, where he spent 12 years in senior management roles. He spearheaded the UK Digital and Innovation Programmes and pioneered the birth of the award-winning BMW Innovation Lab. At PayByPhone, Jonny leverages his inclusive and engaging leadership style to drive a winning team mindset globally. Before being appointed CEO in 2022, Jonny led PayByPhone’s expanding Corporate portfolio in North America and Europe, and was UK CEO from 2018 to 2022, driving massive growth in the market. Jonny is passionate about how PayByPhone and parking fit into the wider technology ecosystem.
Nick Hamill
Chief Financial Officer
As PayByPhone’s CFO, Nick oversees finance, legal, compliance, and administration. Nick has worked in accounting and finance since 2008 holding progressively senior leadership positions over that time. Most recently he has spent 6 years in the financial services and financial technology sectors including 2 years as Vice President, Finance at PayByPhone. Nick is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficient, scalable processes and prioritizing sustainable growth at PayByPhone. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.
Carmen Donnell
Managing Director, North America
Carmen brings fifteen years of parking, transportation, and mobility industry experience alongside a keen interest in relationship management. Carmen is a respected sales leader and an active participant in many industry organizations. As such, Carmen prides herself in viewing parking solutions from the client’s perspective. She has the knowledge and background to customize operations to serve any need. Recently promoted to Managing Director of North America for PayByPhone, Carmen is responsible for functional aspects and members of the Commercial team in the US and Canada. This includes Sales, RFP, Marketing, Implementation and Client Success groups. Working closely alongside the Chief Client Officer, Global and other PayByPhone operative departments, Carmen’s top focus is to deliver results that are aligned with PayByPhone’s overall growth strategy and ensuring that the clients are happy, all while creating a team that promotes personal and professional growth and development.
Anthony Cashel
Chief Client Officer
As Chief Client Officer, Anthony spearheads the development and execution of PayByPhone’s strategy across its different markets to deliver commercial success. His strategic mindset coupled with his creative problem-solving make him well-suited to oversee the day-to-day commercial aspects of the business. Anthony joined the company in 2017 and was previously Managing Director of the UK where his proven, extensive experience across sales, marketing and operations was invaluable. He sits on the British Parking Association’s Technology and Innovation Board and has been working in the automotive industry since 2004.
Teresa Trussell
Director of Client Success
Teresa has more than 20 years’ parking industry experience. Prior to joining PayByPhone in 2019, Teresa served as Ohio University’s Parking Operations Supervisor for nearly 20 years where she also earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees as well as achieved IPMI’s CAPP certification. At PayByPhone, Teresa is responsible for sales and customer relationship building. Teresa leverages her operational background along with her extensive training in customer service leadership to tap into her customers’ needs to ensure our services match their desired outcomes. Her personable and client-focused approach allows her to create long-lasting relationships that build trust and are the key to PayByPhone’s and the client’s success.
Siân Hughes
Chief Communications Officer
Siân, joined PayByPhone as Chief Communications Officer in October 2023, bringing over two decades of expertise in corporate affairs, communications, and human resources. A multilingual communicator with a diverse background in global leadership roles across various sectors, from startups to publicly listed and privately owned enterprises, Siân has extensive experience in supporting organizations to balance shareholder and employee expectations, commercial imperatives, and regulatory demands while supporting business leaders to communicate authentically and meaningfully.

Cameron joined PayByPhone in 2019 as an Implementations Specialist, after 20 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, and operations. Cameron's experience has lead him to his current role of Implementations Manager and Interim Onboarding Manager. After completing his undergraduate degree, Cameron worked in a variety of industries before joining the PaybyPhone team. Utilizing his years of customer service experience, he works to ensure that the customers needs are met and exceeded daily and focusing on growing and strengthening customer, client and employee relationships.

JP brings over 20 years' executive experience from renowned global companies in the software and mobile marketplaces including Borland, Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent. Most recently, he held CTO positions in the transportation and mobility space with DDS Wireless and PBSC Urban Solutions. His diverse leadership experience spans multiple countries:Canada, China, Finland, France, Switzerland and the US. LeBlanc holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada. He has served as an educator at the Royal Military College (Computer Engineering), Kingston, Canada, UCSC Santa Cruz (Dept of Computer Science), USA, and most recently at Vancouver Island University (Faculty of Management), Nanaimo, Canada.

Virginia joined PayByPhone in 2021, as the Marketing Coordinator for North America. Since then, she has moved into the Marketing Specialist role serving the North American market in all B2A, B2B, and B2C endeavours. Her background in Marketing and Design drives her to remain curious and creative when thinking of new campaigns and efforts to drive PayByPhone’s adoption and awareness for the business and for our clients.

Tanya joined PayByPhone in 2021 and brings over 20 years of experience in product and software development to the leadership team. Beginning her career in e-commerce and fulfillment solutions in 2001, she has worked with national and global companies, including those in rapid growth across the EU and APAC. Her diverse expertise and experience spans finance, procurement, fulfillment, manufacturing, order management, e-commerce & POS, CRM, marketing, mobile apps, RFID, and BI & analytics. Tanya excels in change management, building high-performing teams, and business transformation, and is passionate about product development and delivering exceptional customer products.
