During this workshop that begins at 3:15 p.m., he will discuss how parking technology helps monetize the curb, increase customer satisfaction and reduce traffic in today’s mobile landscape.

On Nov. 1, PayByPhone’s Jessica Britton, Senior Manager, B2B Marketing for North America, and Carmen Donnell, VP Sales, West, will lead a session in the Beach Ballroom titled, Driving Mobile App Adoption Success. The workshop, from 10:20-11:20 a.m., will address how best to drive adoption of parking app technology.
